• The number of operated flights slightly decreased by 1.6%.
• Load factor increased by 2.1 percentage points.
In June 2025, Latvian airline airBaltic carried nearly half a million passengers – specifically, 497 800 – across all its bases, representing a 2% increase compared to June 2024. The airline operated approximately 4 314 flights, a slight year-on-year decrease of 1.6%, primarily due to network optimization at the beginning of the year. Despite the minor reduction in flight volume, airBaltic improved its operational efficiency, with the load factor rising by 2.1 percentage points to 84.1% – the highest result ever recorded by the airline in June. The increase in passenger numbers, and a higher load factor, highlights sustained demand for airBaltic’s services.
